Ferreira Ltd. pursuant to which Tribune had the right to acquire a 100% interest in the Green Claims and a 100% Quartz Claims, located in Reed Lake Manitoba.

The Company has terminated its option to acquire an interest in the Claims in order to focus its financial resources on other projects.
