TRIBUNE AND SASK CO. SETTLE LAWSUIT

Tribune Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: TCB) (Frankfurt: S8QA) (“Tribune” or “the Company”) further clarifies its news release of August 22, 2008. The Company reports that that it has come to a settlement with 101073531 Saskatchewan Ltd. (Sask Co.)
As disclosed in the news release of June 17, 2008, a lawsuit was initiated against the Company by Sask Co. Under the terms of the settlement, Tribune has paid the plaintiff, Sask Co. an amount of $330,000, and the parties have mutually released one another.
