SETTLEMENT OF LAWSUIT

Tribune Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: TCB) (Frankfurt: S8QA) (“Tribune”) (the “Company”) reports that that it has come to a settlement with 101073531 Saskatchewan Ltd. (“Sask Co.”). The lawsuit initiated by Sask Co. was previously disclosed in the news release of June 17, 2008.
