Vancouver, B.C. – Tribune Uranium  Corp. (TSX-V: TCB) (Frankfurt: S8QA) (“Tribune” or “the Company”) reports that further to its news release dated February 26, 2008 announcing the termination of its Option Agreement with Thunder Sword Resources Inc. and 101073531 Saskatchewan Ltd. (Sask Co.), Sask Co has initiated a lawsuit against Tribune. 

Sask Co is seeking, among other things, damages for breach of the Option Agreement and judgment in debt for $645,000 and for all other amounts expended by Sask Co. on behalf of Tribune pursuant to the Option Agreement.

Tribune intends to vigorously defend itself against this claim.
